|Recommended: YesAmazing Building, Environment, and Management Team — I’ve had a great experience living at the Metropolitan, and a big part of that are the residents and exceptional management team. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, and communication is always clear and proactive.
The management team goes above and beyond to make sure the building is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. You can tell they take pride in the property and in creating a positive community atmosphere. It’s rare to find a team that is both organized and personable, but they strike that balance perfectly.
The location is excellent at the center of Morristown with access to all the great things the town has to offer.
Overall, I highly recommend this building, especially because of the outstanding management. They truly make it a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesWe recently had our holiday party. I’ve been living in the building for 16 years. I just want to say that this was by far the best celebration we have had over all these years. Juan really outdid himself. The food, entertainment and entire atmosphere was outstanding. Kristen and Juan get 5 stars for their hard work and dedication to all their residents.
