Program Information

Our Affordable Housing Program is partnered with Piazza & Associates. Applicants must first submit a waitlist application and will be contacted once a home becomes available. Please note that there is a limited number of affordable homes available.

Income & Eligibility Verification

Applicants must provide proof of income and documentation supporting all application criteria. Any monies you anticipate receiving in the next 12 months may be counted as income, and monies received over the previous 6 months may be reviewed to help estimate future income eligibility.

All applicants must meet our screening requirements, including review of credit history, criminal background, evictions/filings/public records, rental history, identity verification, and income verification.
